I am very excited to be working with Baby & Rojas Orthodontic Specialists. With a long background in customer service and working with the public, I love meeting and helping our patients and their families with any questions or needs they may have. You will become familiar with my friendly voice and face when I greet you at our office and when I take your calls. I love reading, kicking back and spending quality time with my family and friends. I also enjoy watching Greys Anatomy. I look forward to meeting you!

I see our patients during their regular adjustment appointments, discussing and working to improve oral hygiene with them to ensure optimal oral health throughout their orthodontic treatment. Working here, I have the pleasure of seeing patients often and getting to know them on a personal basis. I love hearing about their different hobbies, interests, and accomplishments. The best part of working here is helping patients achieve a beautiful smile and seeing how happy they are when their new smile is revealed. Outside the office, I enjoy outdoor activities, travelling, and spending time with my husband, Roger, our family, and friends.

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and I have been working with Baby & Rojas Orthodontic Specialists since 2001. You will mainly see me at the Wingham and Goderich locations working but on the rare occasion I work in the London office to help out as well. I truly love what we do to achieve not only a beautiful smile but a much happier you. Seeing how braces change lives encouraged me to receive treatment as well. Please feel free to ask me any questions you have about braces because I definitely know where you’re coming from. When away from the office I spend my free time at home with my husband, my stepson, and my two young busy boys.

I currently I work from my home in Frankford, Ontario. I have been with Baby & Rojas Orthodontic Specialists since they opened their doors on Horton St. in 2002. My first position with the office was as a clinical assistant. As a clinical assistant I took records, taught patients how to brush with braces, assisted with various procedures and even explained treatment to patients and parents. I even tried a set of braces on myself! While living in London I had the chance to travel to the Wingham office, which I enjoyed very much. As much as I loved being in the office day to day it just wasn’t possible after the birth of our triplets (in addition to another child at home). Baby & Rojas Orthodontic Specialists graciously offered me the position I currently hold which allowed me to work from home so that my husband and I could move closer to my family. Some of my current duties are writing newsletters, contest ideas, researching new products and keeping you updated on our social networks like Facebook. I hold my certification through the Dental Assistant Association of Ontario in hopes that one day I will return to the Forest City and work one on one with this great team again. I have worked in the dental field for 24 years, with 20 of those years being in a pediatric practice. I am excited to join the team at Baby and Rojas Orthodontic Specialists and I look forward to expanding my career in this specialty. My position here as a receptionist gives me the opportunity to talk to patients and their parents by phone and in person at the front desk. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, reading and trying new recipes to share with my husband and our 3 sons. I look forward to getting to know our patients and seeing their orthodontic transformations!!

I am a dental assistant here at Baby and Rojas Orthodontic Specialist. I came from a Police Foundations background, so this is my first career in dentistry. I am very happy to be a part of such an inviting team, that makes for such a great work environment. You will often see me in the clinic assisting the doctors and hygienists with anything they need. I was born in Colombia and moved to Canada 13 years ago. As a Canadian-Colombian, I have proudly enhanced both my cultures and citizenship bringing diversity and pride to the community and workplace.
During my teenage years, I always dreamt in becoming a professional in the Dental field. In 1995, I graduated in Dentistry at Sant Martin University in Bogota, Colombia; since then I have worked in the field for over 26 years. I have dedicated seventeen years to work as a Dental Assistant Level II. I have also had the privilege of having worked with the First Nations Communities in Nunavut and Health Canada, Ontario Remotes Zones – Dental Programs.
Having worked in the Dental field as CDA Level II in the remote communities enriched me with an excellent experience which added to my professional Dental training and knowledge which gave me a solid track record as a Dental Assistant with experience in Oral surgery, Implant surgery, and Radiology.
Being bilingual and professional, considering myself as an energetic and enthusiastic person; it has opened opportunities and workplaces’ doors. Six months ago, I proudly started working at Baby and Rojas Orthodontic Specialists. It has been an incredible opportunity to work and learn from them in the Orthodontic field. I can say that it has been an amazing experience! Their professionalism, passion and dedication have made me feel part of a family and team.

Maura attended Fanshawe College where she graduated from Pre-Health Sciences, Dental Assisting Level II and Curriculum Design for Dental Assisting. She has completed her Dental Reception Certificate through the Ontario Dental Assistants Association, and has also worked in variety of roles in the dental field including clinical and administrative assisting, treatment coordinator, financial coordinator, office management, Case Management with the Ontario Dental Assistants Association and workflow and program design. Maura is very excited to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Baby and Rojas team!
In her spare time Maura loves to spend time with her family and friends.
