During treatment, you will wear different sets of aligners as your teeth formation gradually changes. Each set of aligners is worn for about two weeks. The only time you are meant to remove them is when you are eating, drinking, brushing or flossing. As you move through the sets of aligners every two weeks your teeth will begin to move, little by little, until they have reached their final positions. A visit to the orthodontist will be required every six weeks to make sure treatment is working and no adjustments are needed. Treatment time is different for everyone but usually ranges from 9-15 months or 18-30 sets of aligners.
